Ordering Information

If you would like to order, please complete your details in the order form and send it via email or fax. You will receive confirmation of your order, together with postage costs.
The record(s) will be reserved for you for 14 days from date ordered.
All orders are despatched immediately after payment is received and cleared.

Payment Method

• International Money Order (IMO), Postal Order (PO), Bank Draft must be in Australian dollars and drawn on an Australian Bank in Australia.
• Personal Cheque (Australian customers ONLY - allow a few days to clear).
• Australian Cash Notes by registered mail at your risk.
• Paypal payments accespted

Postage Policy

• Please Note that postage costs are added to your order total.
• Uninsured packages will be sent at your own risk.
• All orders are sent by Australia Post.

Refunds

• All returns must be with prior authorization.
• If not satisfield, Jipang will refund all money.
• You must return within 14 days of receipt and pay for return postage and insurance.
